HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELRY TAKE TO BE COMPLETED?

Each QOH Jewelry piece is made to order, and takes approx. 14 – 20 days to be completed.
Once completed, you will be notified and your jewelry will be shipped according to your shipping preference.

WHAT ABOUT BESPOKE / CUSTOM ORDERS?

Bespoke / Custom ordered jewelry can take much longer than Collection jewelry, at an estimated time of 4 – 6 weeks.
There is a possibility it can take longer depending on the design.

CAN MY ORDER BE RUSHED?

We cannot guarantee orders can be rushed, especially Bespoke / Custom Orders, but we always do our best to accommodate every clients order.

I DON’T KNOW MY RING SIZE. HOW DO I FIND OUT?

Ring sizers will be available soon on qohjewelry.com!
Until available, we recommend getting your ring sized at a local jewelry store or boutique. All QOH Jewelry rings are US sized.

DO YOU SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS? WHAT ABOUT HOLIDAYS?

QOH Jewelry does not process or ship orders on weekends or observed holidays. All orders are processed and shipped weekdays (Monday – Friday) 9am – 6pm. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we do not offer international shipping, only domestic shipping within the US.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

ALL QOH Jewelry pieces are FINAL SALE, with the exception of a RING exchange, for SIZING only.
Each piece is extensively checked through quality control, however, if you receive your jewelry not in pristine condition, we will fix the issue for you, with no charge of course, within the first 3 business days received. Please contact orders@qohjewelry.com for more information regarding this matter.

WHERE ELSE CAN I PURCHASE QOH JEWELRY?

At this time, QOH Jewelry can only be purchased on QOHJEWELRY.com

I'M PURCHASING FOR SOMEONE SPECIAL, ARE THERE GIFT WRAPPING OPTIONS?

Yes! Once you "Add to Cart" please include you would like your jewelry to be gift wrapped.
Because it is a gift, we will not include the invoice inside. We will email directly to you.
