What is your return policy?
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
With exception of a RING exchange, for SIZING only. Each piece is extensively checked through quality control, however, if you receive your jewelry not in pristine condition, we will fix the issue for you, with no charge of course, within the first 3 business days your order was received. Please contact orders@qohjewelry.com
Orders received before 3:00pm EST will be processed on the same day. After 3:00pm, orders will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been processed, it will go directly into production. Once in production, your order cannot be cancelled or modified.
What is your shipping timeline?
ALL COLLECTION pieces are made to order, as each piece is handmade. Once the order is received, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete.
What are the shipping options?
Fedex Standard (3 - 5 Business days) complimentary
FedEx 2nd Day (2 Business days)
FedEx Overnight (1 Business day)
We do NOT provide shipping outside of the US.
All shipping includes SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Warranty & Terms
What is your warranty policy?
6 months
Repairs within 6 months of your purchase will be covered. These services include:
- Repair of prongs
- Chain repair
- Clasp repair
All other repairs, please contact orders@qohjewelry.com. This excludes any repairs needed due to wear and tear, or negligence (decided by our team).
For repairs of small stones falling out, it is covered within the first year of purchase. Center stones and any stones larger than 2.5mm are not covered by our warranty. If your center stone has fallen out, it will need to be determined by us to be a manufacturing defect.
We will provide an insured pre-paid shipping label for your repair during the first 6 months of your purchase.
All QOH Jewelry pieces repaired by a 3rd party jeweler will be charged a repair cost + shipping, even within first 6 months. Warranty will be voided.
After 6 months
After 6 months, there will be a cost for each repair. We will be happy to cover the shipping costs, for your 1ST REPAIR ONLY. After the first repair, you will need to pay the cost for the repair + shipping as well.
1 Year
We offer a complimentary inspection and cleaning once a year for each QOH Jewelry piece. First year shipping will be covered, after the first year there will be a shipping fee.
All repairs will have a charge + shipping as well. If you have never shipped your jewelry for a repair, your first repair will be free, only shipping charges. After the first repair, there will be a fee + shipping cost.
Rings
Complimentary resizing first month of purchase.
We highly recommend getting our complimentary ring sizer, and/or getting sized at your local jeweler/jewelry store.
After 1st month, there will be a cost for resizing + shipping
