ABOUT

It all started when I was an intern at Interview Magazine, one of the most revered fashion publications in the US. That’s where I really became exposed to fine jewelry and what ultimately sparked my passion for developing a modern take on a centuries-old tradition. I dove in headfirst, taking opportunities in New York’s diamond district, working under established jewelers to learn the trade inside and out, understanding how you take an idea and turn it into a wearable piece.

I interacted with people at every step of the process, hand selecting stones, working closely with gemologists and jewelers, all the way through until it reached the end consumer watching their eyes sparkle as much as the gems did, seeing the finished product that they could now call their own. Out of this experience, my first bridal collection was born, where I created custom made-to-order pieces, working directly with clients to bring their visions to life. I realized that there was a space for contemporary designs as a shift began in the bridal industry that moved away from antiquated norms, while maintaining the timelessness of an engagement ring. I felt honored to have been a part of creating something meant to symbolize a lifetime commitment of love.

As my collection grew, I realized that fine jewelry didn’t need to be limited to engagements or other major life occasions. It should be equally as personal, beautiful, yet accessible to make a bold statement, everyday. I started with the Initial Diamond Pendant Necklace which quickly became a staple piece, an idea which is now expanding into a full blown collection of earrings and necklaces in a variety of styles. Over the years, I’ve experimented with different stones, vibrant colors, sought inspiration from unexpected places, and have seen fine jewelry evolve in its definition.

I’m still learning, still growing, still creating pieces that speak to me as a means to bring attainable luxury in a fun, clean and modern fashion. Moving away from the exclusive ateliers and into an open and welcoming space that allows everyone to enjoy fine jewelry with an effortlessly cool approach.
