A fresh take on the Old Hollywood drop earring. The focal point of the earring is made up of metal beams that come to a rounded point, forming the outline of a pear-shaped gemstone. At the top, a pin-shaped casing holds a round, 6.5mm stone of your choice. With the contrast between work-in-progress and the finished form, this piece demonstrates the ways in which beauty can be found both in process and finality.
